For the 2026 season we are looking for a Captain/Capo Barca ready to drive Alegria, a 21-meter motor boat, in an innovative tourist charter project based in La Spezia. We are looking for a person who is passionate about the sea, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to the quality of the experience on board. You will become part of a crew of 4 professionals, helping to offer exclusive trips in the name of comfort, safety and sustainability.
Required profile:
- Professional title of Capo Barca for traffic in the State or higher, in accordance with art. 259 Presidential Decree no. 328 of 15 February 1952;
- Italian/ English spoken language.
Conditions:
- Contract: fixed/indefinite period, tourist season (April-October), with the possibility of renewal.
- Schedule: full time.
- Salary: to be agreed based on experience.

For the 2026 season we are looking for a Specialized 1st Class Marine Mechanic/Machine Manager or Qualified Driver ready to become part of Alegria, a 21-meter motor unit at the center of an innovative tourist charter project based in La Spezia. We are looking for a competent and passionate figure in the nautical sector, attentive to technical efficiency and safety, with a precise and responsible approach. You will become part of a crew of 4 professionals, helping to ensure high standards of reliability, comfort and quality of the experience on board, in a context oriented to sustainability.
Required profile:
- Professional title of first class specialized naval mechanic in accordance with Presidential Decree of 15 February 1952, n. 328 art.270. Director of Machinery on ships with a.m. <750 kw.
- Attention to safety, quality of service and tourist reception.
- Italian/ English spoken language.
Preference for profiles with:
- Assistant patent bathers valid for swimming pools and open water.
- Certificate of authorization to use a defibrillator (AED).
- Business First Aid Certificate (DM 388/03).

We are looking for a person who is passionate about the sea, reliable and attentive to safety, with attention to detail and to welcoming guests. You will become part of a crew of 4 professionals, helping to offer exclusive sailing experiences in the name of comfort, quality and sustainability.
Required profile:
- Sailor in compliance with Presidential Decree no. 231 of 18 April 2006.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have carried out at least 24 total months of navigation, of which at least 12 are in deck service.
- Attention to safety, quality of service and tourist reception.
- Italian/ English spoken language.
Preference for profiles with:
- Bathing assistant patent valid for swimming pools and open water.
- Certificate of authorization to use a defibrillator (AED).
- Business First Aid Certificate (DM 388/03).
Conditions:
- Contract: fixed/indefinite period, with the possibility of renewal.
